Depressions are of many types like anxiety, exams, pregnancy, seasonal and many other types. Today we’ll discuss seasonal depression. Seasonal depression is something that happens to a person each year at the same time. Many people are suffering from seasonal treatment. Whenever the season changes people are suffering and when changed they are back to in normal life.

A normal person can also feel the symptoms of seasonal depression like feel sadness and anxiety, lack of energy, some will withdrawal from social activities and the inability to concentrate on things. In some cases, the symptoms are so strong that the person can’t control over him. They need to have help in getting back their life and feeling normal.

In some cases, people get fatty on these periods because they will eat and eat more because they feel better. The food is a substitute for the things that they are lacking in their life. They will use the food as a method of feeling better and getting their life back on tracks the way that they want it to be. Even people don’t know that they are suffering from seasonal depression.

Some other symptoms of seasonal depression are fatigue, increased feeling of needing sleep, not properly concentrate on things. Some people will want to be left alone while others dread having everyone leave them and being by themselves.

Seasonal depression is not a big disease. According to survey report, maximum windows and widowers are facing this type of depression because they are alone and difficult to pass time. It is a sad time in their life to go through holidays or certain parts of the year without the ones that they love so much. They may have fond memories but still wish their loved ones were there with them.
